It's an ungodly hour, yet I'm still awake, with, apparently, nothing to do. I am really lucky to find this forum. I had non displaced patella fracture 6 months ago.I was able to do my leg raises in 3 months. I am doing my excercise as advised by my physio but still i am having problem while climbing any stairs.
