Physio assessment two months post surgery for TPF

Just got back from my first physiotherapy appointment, friendly and helpful with some experience of TPF she was cautious in recommending that I concentrate only on exercises to straighten my leg and rebuild quads, wants to speak to OS before attempting to change the limit on the brace which limits me to 90 degrees rom. The most optimistic yet as to me making a full recovery although didn't suggest when! next visit in 8 days.

Yesterday, I went to the OS for my left knee and asked for a cortizone injection and mentioned I was using my lidocaine patches like crazy. He said there was a new patch out on the market.
